Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
No refunds will be issued for decks, completes, wall hangers, or assembly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For clothing items:
- Only items that have a quality defect are eligible for refund.
- Size, color, or other non-defect related reasons are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of original delivery receipt
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please submit a request to return an item and wait to receive return request approval before sending the item(s) back.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact team@nightshiftskateboards.com and include your order number and item(s) for return. Your credit card will be refunded upon receipt of your returned item(s).

Exchanges
Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
